Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight of items and selected shipping method. All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. 

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. 

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with filing claims when applicable. 

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist in resolving the issue.
